Leading Edge Recovery Solutions, L.L.C. began operations June 2, 2003 and brought
together a talented group of industry professionals. With an average of ten years
experience in the collection industry, each senior manager has made significant
contributions to our company. In November 2005, LER was awarded Rookie of the Year,
and Skip to Collect Agency of the year, by a national debt buyer. In February 2006,
LER was awarded Secondary Agency of the year by a national bank.
Additionally, in December 2005, Leading Edge opened a new 25,000 square-foot call
center which offers employees state-of-the-art training facilities, upgraded office
equipment, and a full range of break-room amenities. With a strong focus on security,
privacy, and disaster recovery, the office also offers a secured reception area,
separate interview room, magnetic swipe entrances, and video cameras at all secured
entry points, external and internal.
Leading Edge maintains a balanced business mix, drawing clients from the bankcard,
retail, commercial, and auto deficiency industries on a national basis. Our focus
is on primary and secondary placements although the senior management team has extensive
experience at all ages of delinquency; from pre-charge off to quad aged paper.
