Bryan Lubeck - President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lubeck began his career as a front line collector and worked his way through
several management positions. In July 2001, Mr. Lubeck was promoted to Division
Manager with a national agency. While there, Mr. Lubeck grew his division from one portfolio
generating $330k in fee to three Fortune 500 portfolios exceeding $1 million per
month in less than two years. Concurrently, monthly placements grew from $9 million
to $115 million per month increasing profitability from 10% to 21%. Additionally,
Mr. Lubeck hired and trained over 90% of the 160 employees who reported to him.
In 2002, Mr. Lubeck maximized client incentive based performance to bring in
over $1 million in additional fees over and above the original fee rate. In March
2003, Mr. Lubeck joined Leading Edge as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible
for growing Leading Edge into the collection agency of choice for the nation's largest
creditors.
J. Derrick Crews - Chief Information Officer
Beginning his MIS career in 1995, after an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army
as a Sergeant (E5), Mr. Crews attended DeVry Institute of Technology for Computer
Information Systems. Through a previous employer, Mr. Crews provided eighty users
support for computer problems and NT, exchange and SAP user setup. Mr. Crews stays
abreast of rapidly changing technology and seeks challenges in new areas to further
develop his computer knowledge and expertise with numerous user group affiliations
and seminars. His skills and knowledge will prove valuable in supporting client
requirements and needs.
James Nuzzo - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nuzzo is an Certified Public Accountant with a reputation as a dedicated financial
manager, experienced in all facets of accounting procedures and controls. Mr. Nuzzo
is an organized team leader exhibiting strong problem solving skills, flexibility,
accuracy, and attention to detail. Mr. Nuzzo has managed 11 personal tax preparations
locations with 60-100 employees annually and was responsible for an 88% growth rate.
Mr. Nuzzo is responsible for all financial reporting, bookkeeping, and trust accounting
at Leading Edge.
Stanley Moore – EVP Operations
Mr. Moore's career in the Accounts Receivable Management Industry spans nearly 20
years. He’s held senior operations roles for large ARM Companies including Equifax
Risk Management, NCO Group, and Iqor. Mr. Moore has developed a reputation for superior
operational performance. His focus upon process excellence coupled with a passion
for the application of advanced technology has resulted in consistent delivery of
best in class performance to the many credit grantors with whom he’s partnered over
the years.
Much of his success builds upon his experience in manufacturing. Prior to his entry
into the ARM industry, Mr. Moore was a Manufacturing Process Manager with the General
Motors Corporation.
Pam Brown – EVP Business Development
Ms. Brown has more than 16 years of collections industry experience starting as a skip
tracer with National Credit Services Corporation in 1992, after leaving a profession
in teaching special education. After rising through the management ranks at NCSC
during a six-year period in Operations, HR, Training, Payment Processing, and P
& L Management, she returned to her roots in Iowa to join CBE Group as VP of Operations
with 5 operational sites. After two years, she was recruited back to her start within
the collection industry at NCSC which was bought by RMA. She then managed the three
sites providing both pre and post charge off collections for the biggest banks,
retailers, cable and satellite, utilities, state departments, student loan financing,
debt buyers, and medical facilities in the country. Ms. Brown successfully lead the three
Kansas City Operations sites with over 700 FTE for RMA for over four years. She then
moved to Atlanta as the SVP of Operations for TSYS Debt Management with both domestic
and near shore operations spanning pre charge off, post charge off, first party,
third party, probate, and bankruptcy collections.
Ms. Brown's continued dedication of operational excellence coupled with the highest level
of integrity built long-lasting relationships with key personnel at the major banks,
retailers, student loan commission, auto lenders, telecommunication companies and
debt buyers in the industry. These relationships are the base for her success in
business development at Focus Receivables Management and now Leading Edge Recovery
Solutions, LLC. Her understanding of operations and sales is the primary contributor
to her success in driving and growing LERS business. Her fierce competitive spirit
and strong leadership personality play a vital role in shaping the values of LERS
and the company’s drive for first place performance.
Ty Coffelt – EVP Software Development
Mr. Coffelt's career includes extensive work of overseeing the design, development,
and deployment of back office financial services software to meet the complex requirements
of financial institutions. He has built a number of systems for the financial and
collections industry including predictive dialer optimizers, instrument panels,
reporting platforms, scalable collectability scoring services, and more. Mr. Coffelt
has served as a Vice President of Software Development within the collections industry
for 8 years, where he has directed the design and development of numerous proprietary
enterprise products that focus on improving efficiencies within collection operations.
Within Leading Edge, he is responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying
state of the art technology solutions to support collection operations as well as
technology solutions to maximize synergies with our customers.
